These Terms of Service govern all purchases, deliveries, and interactions with HVN Nightclub. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. General Agreement

By purchasing from HVN Nightclub, the customer agrees that all sales are subject to these Terms of Service and our posted policies, including our No Return Policy.


2. Sales Policy

  • All sales are final once merchandise is delivered
  • No returns are accepted under any circumstances
  • Exchanges may only be considered for unopened and unused items, subject to approval and restocking fees


3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept approved forms of payment at checkout or invoice
  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and collection action


4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information


5. Inspection of Goods

  • Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery
  • Any damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for review


6. Exchanges & Restocking

  • Exchanges are only allowed for unopened, unused items in original packaging
  • All approved exchanges are subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%)
  • Restocking fees cover handling, inspection, and processing costs


7. Limitation of Liability

HVN Nightclub is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by carriers or manufacturers
  • Improper installation or misuse of products after delivery


8. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Inventory is not guaranteed until order confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion


9. Legal Compliance

Customers agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding purchase, delivery, and use of goods.
