HVN Nightclub – No Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through HVN Nightclub, including all delivered merchandise.

1. All Sales Are Final

All merchandise that has been delivered is considered final sale. We do not accept returns on any delivered products.

2. No Buyer’s Remorse

We do not honor buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer preference after purchase or delivery.

3. Exchanges Only (Limited)

Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:

• Item must be unopened
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Exchange request must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery (inspection required)

4. Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, deducted from the original purchase price or applied toward the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for review and resolution. Items may require inspection or photo verification.

6. Refused Deliveries

Any refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and carrier fees.
