HVN Nightclub – Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

Applies to all orders placed with HVN Nightclub



1. Required Customer Contact Information


To process any order, delivery, shipping, or pickup, customers must provide two valid phone numbers, email, and full address:

  • Delivery / Billing Address: ____________________


Failure to provide accurate contact information may delay or cancel service.



2. Delivery Notifications


Customers will receive delivery updates as follows:


  • Night before delivery: confirmation window and estimated arrival
  • Morning of delivery: updated ETA and driver status
  • 30 minutes before arrival: final notification call or text


Customers are responsible for being available or ensuring someone is present to receive the delivery.



3. Shipping Options


  • Standard Shipping Fee: $25 (varies based on location and carrier)
  • Shipping timelines depend on carrier availability and product type
  • Shipping is not guaranteed same-day unless explicitly confirmed



4. Local Delivery (White Glove Service)


  • Delivery Fee: $10 minimum
  • Minimum Order Requirement: $500
  • Available within 30 miles of Hamden, Connecticut
  • Includes scheduled delivery with placement inside home (white glove service level may vary by item)



5. Pickup Policy


Customers may choose pickup under the following conditions:


Free Pickup


  • Available after 3 business days
  • Must be scheduled in advance
  • Customer must confirm pickup appointment time


Same-Day Pickup


  • Available for $50 fee
  • Must be scheduled in advance
  • Subject to inventory readiness and staff availability



6. Missed Deliveries / Failed Contact


  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional fees may apply
  • Rescheduling may result in additional delivery charges



7. Risk & Responsibility


  • Customers assume responsibility once items are delivered or picked up
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or third-party logistics providers
